SMS messaging is used to send messages out to specified individual recipients.

Call Centre

TelGas™ can be configured so that a dedicated call centre is contacted whenever a system alert takes place. A call centre is often used when there are a large number of sites which can be supervised 24/7 by a single location. When the call centre receives an alarm from a site the person on duty will inform personnel by phone so that they can take appropriate action.

Note :- The TelGas™ management application allows key personnel to enable or disable both Call Cente and SMS remote alarms on an individual basis.

TelGas™ can be configured to broadcast remote alarms via email.
