TelGas™ Sample Engine - The OEM Solution for Gas Sample Systems

The TelGas™ Sample Engine has been designed as a flexible, scalable OEM solution to a wide range of single and multi point gas sampling applications. The system can be configured to monitor between 1 and 64 gas sample lines with up to 16 channels. Each channel can be linked to an analogue input or serial device, with the option of multiple ranges.
The Sample Engine comprises 2 components, the Controller and the Logger. The OEM can choose one or both of these components as the foundation for a complete sample system.
Together with a comprehensive range of software functions, the TelGas™ Sample Engine offers unrivalled configurability and connectivity.

Controller
The controller forms the heart of the sample system, multiplexing drives to solenoid valves while monitoring gas sensors and ancillary equipment via its analogue and digital inputs.
The controller is programmed by a menu based configuration tool, offering a wide range of features such as alarm presets, hysteresis, priority sampling, sequence control and timing functions. The controller can also be configured remotely via the Internet when used in conjunction with the logger.
The controller is capable of communicating with serial instruments using the industry-standard MODBUS or custom protocol.
Logger
The logger is an option which provides database storage, remote connectivity and programmability. The logger also provides a web server interface allowing the user to view live mimcs and download data from the database in csv (comma separated values) format.
